FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you still open through Sydney COVID lockdowns?
Yes! We are operating behind locked doors in line with current restrictions. We are offering contactless delivery of flowers within a reduced area, up to 20km from our Telopea store. Pickups are not currently available.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! Please order your flowers by 11am to guarantee same day delivery, Monday to Friday. Online orders after this time will display the next available delivery date.
For urgent same day orders after 11am, phone 0490 365 212 and we will do our best to help.
What suburbs do you deliver to (once Sydney COVID lockdown has ended)?
We deliver to most of Sydney metro and suburbs, servicing most suburbs up to 40kms from our Telopea store.
How much does delivery cost?
We simply charge you what our couriers charge us to deliver your flowers. We do not pad out the cost of your flowers to “hide” the actual delivery charge. You can be confident that you will always get the full value of flowers for your chosen budget and be charged fairly for delivery.
Our delivery prices range from $10 to $40 based on the distance from our Telopea store. Local delivery starts at $10. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For online and phone orders we accept all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Diners. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and EFTPOS.
Do you deliver on weekends on public holidays?
Sorry, no. We delivery Monday to Friday only and are closed on public holidays.
We suggest that you arrange delivery on Friday for weekend celebrations (better to be early than late!).
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries occur between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders usually leave the shop by midday, so it is most likely that your delivery will be made early to mid afternoon.
Do you accept timed deliveries?
Sorry, no. Requests for timed deliveries can only be honoured if discussed and agreed to in advance. You are welcome to request your preference for a morning or afternoon delivery in the NOTES section upon checkout. Early morning deliveries are usually not available as our flower arrangements are made fresh each morning upon our arrival at the store.
We will do our best to accommodate timed requests, but appreciate your understanding that courier delivery demands and schedules vary daily and are out of our control.
What happens if no one is home to accept the flower delivery?
When delivering to a private home, our drivers will attempt to find somewhere sheltered near the front door to leave the flowers. If we have concerns about the safety of your flower delivery, we will contact you to discuss. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.
If you are aware of a security gate or any other obstacle that may make delivery difficult, please let us know. In this instance, we request that you provide a contact number for the recipient. We will then phone and discuss the best time for delivery.
What happens if the delivery address provided is incorrect?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for errors made by customers providing an old/incorrect delivery address, as we will attempt delivery in good faith based on the details provided.
Please check that the details are current, and that they have been typed accurately. If redelivery to new address is required, additional charges may apply for the flowers to be returned to us and/or sent to the correct address.
Why do you need a phone number for delivery to units?
Most units have security doors and lack somewhere safe to leave deliveries, so we need to ensure that someone will be home to accept the delivery. For this reason, we request a contact number for the recipient.
On the day of delivery, we will contact the recipient to check that someone is home or discuss a suitable time to make delivery. This process aims to avoid unnecessary redelivery charges.
Can I collect my flowers from your store?
Sorry, not at the moment. We are working reduced hours during Sydney COVID lockdown so pickup is not available. Instead we are offering free flower delivery to Telopea, Oatlands, Dundas, Dundas Valley, Rydalmere and Ermington to keep our community safely at home.
Once our store is able to reopen to the public, collection will be available again.
Can I make special requests for my flower order?
Yes! We love to make your flowers as memorable as possible. If you have a preferred colour scheme, just add a comment in the NOTES section at checkout. Given sufficient notice, we will do our best to accommodate. If you have any other special requests, please phone us on 0490 365 212 to discuss.
Why does “No shipping options were found … Enter a different address” appear when I’m placing my order?
While we deliver to a very large area of Sydney, it appears that the suburb you have entered is outside our available delivery zone.
Do you deliver to Schools?
Yes we do. Given sufficient notice, we will aim to have deliveries to schools by 3pm.
Do you deliver to Hospitals?
Yes we do. We deliver to all hospitals in the suburbs listed. We will need the full name, ward details and room/bed number to ensure a smooth delivery. We highly suggest you add a vase for flower delivery to hospitals.
Our local hospitals include Westmead Hospital, Westmead Private Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Concord Hospital, Macquarie University Hospital, Norwest Private Hospital, The Hills Private Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital.
