Do you offer same day delivery?
Simply place your same day flower order by 11am to guarantee same day delivery throughout Sydney, Monday to Friday.
For urgent same day orders after 11am, phone 0490 365 212 and we will do our best to help.
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries occur between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders usually leave the flowers shop in Telopea by midday, so it’s most likely that your delivery will be made early to mid afternoon.
Do you accept timed deliveries?
Requests for timed deliveries can only be honoured if discussed and agreed to in advance. You are welcome to request your preference for a morning or afternoon delivery in the NOTES section upon checkout.
Early morning deliveries are usually not available as our flower arrangements are made fresh each morning upon our arrival at the store.
We will do our best to accommodate timed requests, but appreciate your understanding that courier delivery demands and schedules vary daily and are out of our control.
How much does delivery cost?
We simply charge you what our couriers charge us to deliver your flowers. We do not pad out the cost of your flowers to “hide” the actual delivery charge. You can be confident that you will always get the full value of flowers for your chosen budget and be charged fairly for delivery.
Our delivery prices vary based on the distance from our Telopea store. Local delivery starts at $11. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
What suburbs do you deliver flowers to?
We deliver flowers all over Sydney, covering 550+ suburbs, so most likely deliver to the area you require.

Do you deliver flowers to Schools?
Yes we do.
Given sufficient notice, we will aim to have flower deliveries to schools by 3pm.
Do you deliver flowers to Hospitals?
Yes we do.
We will need the recipients full name, ward details and room/bed number to ensure a smooth delivery.
We deliver fresh or dry flower arrangements to all hospitals in the suburbs listed.
Our local hospitals include Westmead Hospital, Westmead Private Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Concord Hospital, Macquarie University Hospital, Norwest Private Hospital, The Hills Private Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital.
NOTE: We highly suggest you add a vase for flower delivery to hospitals.
Can I collect my flowers from your store?
Yes, you can choose to Click & Collect your order for pickup during standard business hours. Your order will be ready any time from 10am. This allows us time to ensure your flowers are freshly created, wrapped and ready for you.
For same day orders, please allow some time for your order to be created. For urgent pickup of flower orders, please phone on 0490 365 212 to discuss.
Can I make special requests for my flower order?
Yes! We love to make your flowers as memorable as possible.
If you have a preferred colour scheme, just add a comment in the NOTES section at checkout. Given sufficient notice, we will do our best to accommodate.

Why do you need a phone number for delivery to units?
Most units have security doors and lack somewhere safe to leave deliveries, so we need to ensure that someone will be home to accept the delivery. For this reason, we request a contact number for the recipient.
On the day of delivery, we will contact the recipient to check that someone will be home and/or discuss a suitable time to make delivery. This process aims to avoid unnecessary redelivery charges.
What if no one is home to accept the flower delivery?
When delivering to a private home, our drivers will attempt to find somewhere sheltered near the front door to leave the flowers. If we have concerns about the safety of your flower delivery, we will contact you to discuss. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.
If you are aware of a security gate or any other obstacle that may make delivery difficult, please let us know. In this instance, we request that you provide a contact number for the recipient. We will then phone and discuss the best time for delivery.
What if the delivery address I provided is incorrect?
We will attempt delivery in good faith based on the details provided. Please check that the details are current, and that they have been typed accurately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for errors made by customers providing an old/incorrect delivery address.
If redelivery to new address is required, additional charges will apply for the flowers to be returned to us and/or sent to the correct address.
Do you deliver on weekends on public holidays?
We delivery Monday to Friday only.
Our store is open on Saturdays for in-store shopping only. If delivery is required for a weekend celebration, we suggest that you select delivery on the Friday prior (better to be early than late!).
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays so do not offer delivery these days. If a special day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, we suggest you choose the day before for delivery.
Why does “No shipping options were found … Enter a different address” appear when I’m placing my order?
First, doublecheck that the Suburb and Postcode have been entered correctly.
If all the details are correct, it looks like we do not deliver to your selected area. While we deliver flowers to 550+ Sydney suburbs, it appears that the suburb you have entered is outside our available delivery zone.

For online and phone orders we accept all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Diners.
For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and EFTPOS.
